Next Gen on the Slopes: NSP’s Young Adult Patroller Program
The Young Adult Patroller (YAP) Program offers a dynamic learning environment for teens ages 15 to 17 who are passionate about ski patrolling. Designed to support personal growth and skill development, the program equips young patrollers with training in snow sports safety, emergency care, skiing and snowboarding, leadership, physical fitness, and injury prevention.
As they transition into adulthood, participants gain real-world experience and confidence on and off the mountain. The program also includes Youth Protection Courses to ensure instructors, volunteers, and fellow patrollers foster a safe, supportive environment for all young members.
