Honoring Heroes: NSP’s Awards & Recognition Program
The National Ski Patrol’s Awards and Recognition Program celebrates the dedication, bravery, and leadership of its members.
From Merit Stars for lifesaving rescues to National Appointments (NA) and Leadership Commendation Appointments (LCA) for exceptional leadership, NSP honors contributions at every level.
Long-term commitment is recognized through Distinguished and Meritorious Service Awards, the NSP Hall of Fame, and the prestigious Minnie Dole Award. Each year, outstanding individuals and patrol units are spotlighted in a nationwide competition across 23 categories, showcasing the best of NSP from every division.
